These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickSnap photo booth services, website (quicksnap.uk), and related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
QuickSnap is operated in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over only. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our photo booths are installed in venues that are typically restricted to persons aged 18 and over (e.g. bars, nightclubs, licensed event spaces). We do not knowingly provide the Service to, or collect data from, anyone under the age of 18.
QuickSnap provides smart photo booth hardware and software for venues and events. The Service includes:

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these Terms.
Photos and videos taken at a QuickSnap booth ("User Content") are your personal media. You retain ownership of your likeness in any User Content.
By using the Service, you grant QuickSnap a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g. sending it to your phone, displaying it in the guest gallery, applying venue watermarks). This licence terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.
User Content may be watermarked with the venue's branding. This does not transfer ownership of the content to the venue.
All intellectual property in the QuickSnap Service (including software, hardware design, branding, and website content) remains the property of QuickSnap. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
By entering your phone number at a QuickSnap booth, you consent to receive an SMS message containing your photo or video. Standard message rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Delivery times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery to all networks or in all circumstances.
Venue partners subscribing to the monthly Service agree to the pricing and payment terms set out in their individual agreement or as displayed on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Daily event rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Venue partners act as joint controllers (alongside QuickSnap) for guest data collected through the booth. Venues must comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in their handling of any guest data accessed through the manager dashboard.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickSnap, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
