Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of QuickSnap photo-booth hardware, the QuickSnap mobile app, and the customer photo-collection website. By using any QuickSnap product you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

QuickSnap is operated as a sole trader, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@quicksnap.uk or +44 7470 110822.

2. Service description

QuickSnap supplies wall-mounted photo-booth hardware, the software that runs on it, the manager dashboard, the QuickSnap mobile app, and customer support. The full list of features included in each plan is set out in the brochure provided to you ahead of contract.

Personal data processed through the booth, app, and dashboard is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where you act as data controller for your guests' personal data and we act as processor, the relevant data processing terms in our master service agreement apply.

7. Intellectual property

All software, designs, branding, and documentation supplied by QuickSnap remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of the agreement.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
